Shipping & Returns

RETURN POLICY:

• CASA di LINO accepts returns within 14 days of receiving goods.
• Returns are only accepted on unused items. All items must be returned in original packaging.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply.

Please provide us with your invoice number, first & last name, date of purchase, reason for the return, and the name of the item you are returning. CASA di LINO will offer an electronic return label for the items you are returning. Your credit card will be refunded within 5-7 business days once the return has been processed. You will receive an email confirmation with refund receipt once the return transaction is complete. If you wish to return goods with your own shipping methods please send returns to:

SHIPPING METHODS:

CASA di LINO uses UPS to ensure your items arrive on time. Orders will not be fulfilled if you provide a P.O. Box address. We only ship orders to the Continental USA. Standard shipping will be applied unless otherwise requested, which will incur separate fees.
